Can I get an estimate/bid/quote?
Absolutely! We have a $50 fee for this service, however that $50 will be credited back to you when you choose to move forward on your project with us.
What are your rates/prices?
Our hourly residential rates are $199 for the first two hours of work, plus any materials we provide, and $85 for each additional hour after the first two.
Can I order my own materials?
Yes, however any discrepancies could result in additional time or labor needed to correct incompatibilities. This can be remedied by allowing us to provide a quote (where we note measurement and model requirements) or allowing our highly trained technicians to acquire the material for you.
What happens if we find out additional work is needed?
While we do our best to avoid this type of issue, sometimes problems cannot be detected before opening up a wall or floor. Our technician will reach out to their project manager to discuss the concern and then we will confer with you regarding our plan of action. A change order will be drafted and signed so that everyone understands what the solution entails.

What is your service area?
Our service area covers the Kansas City Metro area. Additional trip charges will be incurred to travel to Lawrence, St. Joseph, and other outlying areas. Please call our office with your specific request.
What are your rates/pricing?
Our hourly commercial rates are $75 per hour of work, plus any materials we provide.
What services do you provide?
We provide commercial handyman and remodeling services for retail shopping centers and malls, health care facilities, hotels, banks, restaurants, small businesses, corporate offices, government offices, and manufacturing plants.
Can you complete work after hours?
Yes. Our after hours, nighttime, and weekend rates would apply. Please contact our office for specific requests.
