Why did you accept the position with Kansas City Remodel and why do you stay?
I was in the market for a new position and had previously worked part-time for Kansas City Remodel. The salary and benefits are competitive. I have been employed for 2 years and I have received regular salary increases and the benefits have been expanded to meet employees’ requests. The owner is hands-on which is important to employee morale and day-to-day operations. Whether he is repairing a toilet or preparing an estimate he is always willing to help where needed.
Why do you enjoy working for Kansas City Remodel?
The atmosphere is light but busy at the same time. Every employee has a sense of humor which makes the busy days easier to handle. The owner hires experienced carpenters and office personnel to keep things running smoothly. We have our ups and downs, but at the end of the day the scheduled tasks are completed to the customers satisfaction.

Why did you accept the position with Kansas City Remodel and why do you stay? Why do you enjoy working for Kansas City Remodeling?
I accepted a position with KCR because of the company’s ethical approach to serving its clients. The quality of the final product and the responsible approach to achieving goals is a real priority in this company. The processes are based on solid business practices seen through a prism of morality that is unique in the construction industry. I intend to remain with the company because my position at KCR allows me to be creative in providing unique solutions for our customers. I enjoy the relationships I have made with my coworkers, vendors, and clients. I also like the challenge related to the problem-solving required to perform my job. It’s very rewarding.
