Initial Consultation
$50
- 1. Initial meeting to discuss your project and budget.
- 2. We will offer design/layout ideas and suggestions
- 3. Estimate pricing at same visit or via email 5-10 days after meeting.
- 4. $50 fee is applied towards the project.
Basic Remodel Project
$10,000+
- 1. Hall bathroom remodel
- 2. ½ bath remodel
- 3. Update stair spindles/handrails
What Included
- 1. New Flooring
- 2. New vanity, sink and faucets
- 3. New tub/shower walls
- 4. Paint all walls
Intermediate Remodel Project
$20,000+
- 1. Master bathrooms
- 2. Partial full kitchen (no new cabinets)
- 3. Basement bathroom from stub
- 4. Decks with metal/aluminum handrails
What Included
- 1. All items in basic project +
- 2. Drawings, possible design work
- 3. Remove tub/replace or new shower
- 4. Crown molding/higher grade trim
Premium Remodel Project
$ 35,000+
- 1. Full kitchen remodels
- 2. Full basement remodels
- 3. Room Additions
- 4. Large decks with composite flooring
What's Included
- 1. All items in intermediate package +
- 2. New cabinets with roll-out shelves
- 3. Walk-out French doors
- 4. Heated floors
Add-on’s
- 1. Building and city permits.
- 2. Bringing in licensed plumber, electrician and/or HVAC technicians
- 3. Hiring an architect and/or structural engineer if necessary
Mid-grade kitchen cabinet pricing
-Approximately 20 linear footage will cost $8,400*
-Approximately 30 linear footage will cost $12,000*
*Please note these are average prices for mid-range cabinets, materials only. Does not include the labor to remove your old cabinets and install your new cabinets. Actual pricing may differ based upon your cabinet design selection as well as larger cabinet additions. This information is intended for general pricing only.
